Cordusio Tonic
A classic reimagined.
INGREDIENTS
1 part Cordusio
3 parts tonic
Garnish with 1-2 raspberries
METHOD
Fill a large premium highball or wine glass with ice and add Cordusio. Add tonic and stir gently. Garnish with 1-2 raspberries. -

Cordusio Orange
Perfect for a pool-side brunch or a fruity fresh aperitivo.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 parts Cordusio
4 parts orange juice (freshly-squeezed)
Garnish with orange wedge or 1-2 raspberries
METHOD
Squeeze orange juice and fine strain to remove any pulp, then blend the freshly squeezed juice to make it fluffy. Pour Cordusio into a glass and fill with ice cubes, then fill with orange juice. Garnish with orange wedge or 1-2 raspberries. -

Sparkling Cordusio Orange
For the sparkling ones!
INGREDIENTS
2 parts Cordusio
2 parts freshly-squeezed orange juice
2 parts Franciacorta, Prosecco or Champagne
Garnish with 1-2 raspberries and/or a strawberry
METHOD
Fill a premium champagne flute with ice and add Cordusio. Gently pour over freshly-squeezed orange juice and top with Franciacorta, Prosecco or Champagne. Garnish with 1-2 raspberries and/or a strawberry. -

1 1/2 parts Cordusio
1 part gin
1/2 part lemon juice (freshly-squeezed)
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and stir into a chilled premium coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. -

INGREDIENTS
1 part Cordusio
1 part mezcal
1 part lemon juice (freshly-squeezed)
1 part raspberry and rosemary syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitter
Garnish with 1-2 raspberries
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) adding 1/3 part of egg white (or acqufaba) and fine strain into a chilled premium coupe glass. Garnish with 1-2 raspberries.
