INGREDIENTS

1 part Cordusio
1 part mezcal
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 part raspberry and rosemary syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitter
Garnish with 1-2 raspberries

METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
Dry shake (whiteout ice) adding 1/3 part of egg white (or aquafaba) and fine strain into a chilled premium coupe glass.
Garnish with 1-2 raspberries.
